Once the qualified products are displayed, the customer has the option to modify their loan requirements, or simply click a button to produce the required documentation, which is posted immediately by Central Loans Ltd.
Because the system uses a ‘quotation’ credit search there is no hard footprint left on the user’s credit file and the search therefore does not affect a user’s credit rating.
Currently the system underwrites for Blemain Finance, Central Lending, Link Loans, Nemo Personal Finance, Norton Financial Services and Prestige Finance. Central Loans Ltd is in discussion with a number of other lenders to add to the panel in the near future.
Ryan McGrath, Managing Director of Central Loans Ltd said:
"Before Selfserveloans.co.uk, our customers had to complete an application over the telephone and had the inconvenience of discussing their personal details with a stranger in order to find out which secured loans they qualified for; now we can achieve the same result with no telephone calls and much less hassle for the customer."
