PMS Mortgage Club has appointed Richard Goppy as director of acquisition and key accounts, reuniting the club with a former senior leader who brings more than 40 years of financial services experience.
PMS Mortgage Club has appointed Richard Goppy as director of acquisition and key accounts, confirming a return for one of its former senior leaders after a decade away from the business.
Goppy (pictured) brings more than 40 years of experience in financial services and previously held several roles at PMS, including head of strategic partnerships, director of membership, and regional manager. During that earlier tenure, he helped shape the club's intermediary proposition and built partnerships that supported adviser firms in growing their businesses.
In his new role, Goppy will lead efforts to attract new firms to PMS and deepen relationships with existing members. His remit includes helping advisers access new opportunities, adopt technology, and develop more sustainable business models.
Claire Cherrington, director of PMS and Bankhall, said: "Richard's knowledge of our business and the market, combined with his strong relationships, will be instrumental as we continue to deliver on our commitment to be a Proactive Partner for Life.
"His appointment reinforces our focus on helping firms build sustainable businesses and achieve the best outcomes for their clients."
"I'm delighted to return to PMS and work with a team that shares my passion for driving positive change," said Goppy. "My priority will be to strengthen partnerships and create opportunities that enable firms to thrive in an evolving market."
Goppy joins PMS on 29 April 2026.
