Rely launches limited edition buy-to-let rates from 2.85%
The range features a wider selection of fee options across its one, two and five-year fixed products.
Rely has launched a new limited edition buy-to-let range, featuring rates from 2.85% and a wider selection of fee options across its one, two and five-year fixed products.
The new range is available at 65% and 75% LTV and includes products for landlords across all portfolio sizes. The products will sit alongside Rely’s existing offering.
The limited edition range includes one-year fixed rates from 2.85% with a new 3.5% fee option, two-year fixed rates from 3.59% with 3.5% and 5% fee options, and five-year rates from 4.55% with 3.5%, 5% and a new 7% fee option.
Adrian Moloney, group lending distribution director at Rely, said: “With markets showing early signs of greater stability and swap rates easing from recent highs, we’ve moved quickly to launch a new limited edition range that delivers lower headline rates and greater flexibility for landlords.
“The additional fee options enable lower initial pay rates, helping to support affordability while giving brokers greater flexibility when placing cases. Our decision to retain the existing range also ensures brokers have a wider choice of solutions for their clients.
“As always, we’re focused on giving brokers competitive options they can trust to help landlords achieve their property ambitions.”
