Quantum appoints Phil Beswick as BDM in Northeast and Scotland
Beswick's appointment is part of Quantum's BDM team expansion.
Quantum Mortgages has appointed Phil Beswick as business development manager for the Northeast and Scotland.
Beswick joins the specialist buy to let and bridging lender from LiveMore Mortgages, where he worked as key account manager supporting partners and customers aged 50 and over.
In his new role, Beswick will support intermediaries across the Northeast and Scotland and will report to Harsha Dahyea, chief commercial officer at Quantum Mortgages.
The appointment forms part of Quantum's continued expansion of its business development team as it looks to grow its presence in the specialist lending market.
Phil Beswick (pictured) said: "Quantum has made a strong impact in the specialist market in a short space of time, and I’m excited to be joining the team and contributing to that disruption. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be connecting with intermediaries across the Northeast who are looking for a truly specialist lender."
Harsha Dahyea, chief commercial officer at Quantum Mortgages, added: "Phil brings a great blend of experience and energy, and we’re delighted to have him on board.
"Our product offering has never been as strong as it is right now and Phil’s joining at a perfect time to make a big impact in his patch. Phil’s experience and strong relationships within the market make him a fantastic addition as we continue to grow our presence across the Northeast."
