Precise strengthens bridging team with new appointments
The lender has appointed three specialist finance account managers and a BDM.
Precise has strengthened its dedicated bridging division with four new roles to support brokers looking for short term finance solutions.
Joining the bridging team as specialist finance account managers are Davey Gurm, John Bremner and Jodie Worswick, whilst Amrit Kumar joins as an office-based business development manager.
The appointments follow a raft of recent proposition changes within Precise’s bridging range which includes improved criteria around AVMs as well as rate cuts and the launch of a developer exit product.
Alan Kimber (pictured), head of bridging at Precise, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Davey, John, Jodie and Amit to the bridging team where their knowledge, skills and experience will ensure we continue to lead the way in short term financing.
"These four appointments highlight our focus not just on delivering the right financial solutions but underpinned with an award winning service. As we continue to see growth in bridging demand through 2024 and into Q1 2025, it’s fundamentally important that our brokers get the support they need, at the time they need it.”
