Precise joins LMS Panel Link to speed up specialist residential cases
The digital solutions aim to speed up the residential mortgage journey for customers with more complex lending needs.
LMS has added Precise to Panel Link, supporting the lender with bespoke panel management and enhancing operational processes for its residential mortgage products.
By linking lenders with compliant law firms and providing digital solutions for key processes, Panel Link drives efficient and secure case handling, with the potential to speed up customer journeys.
Precise is part of OSB Group, which includes buy-to-let lender Rely, which joined Panel Link in 2025. Through this new partnership, Precise will benefit from all the same LMS products that Rely uses, gaining greater connectivity and efficiency across residential cases.
By joining Panel Link, Precise will have access to Secure Link, a knowledge base of lender-approved FAQs to reduce turnaround times on post-offer queries, alongside document distribution facilities and Electronic Certificate of Title (eCOT).
Heena Thaker, group head of legal at Precise, commented: “Having been closely involved in the implementation of Panel Link, it's been encouraging to see the positive impact the platform is already having on our processes. By improving connectivity, reducing manual touchpoints and supporting more efficient case progression, Panel Link helps us deliver a smoother journey for brokers, solicitors and customers while enabling quicker turnaround times across residential applications."
Suzanne O’Connor, chief relationship officer at LMS, added: “Our partnership with Precise comes at a time when momentum is really building around Panel Link. So, it’s great to bring further diversity to our lender panel and support Precise in offering accessible solutions to their customers with specialist lending needs. We look forward to working together, providing greater connectivity and security across their residential cases.”
