Pepper Money launches new five-year buy-to-let range with 2% fee

Pepper Money has launched a new five-year fixed buy-to-let product range featuring a 2% product fee, with rates starting from 5.70%.
The launch provides brokers and landlords with additional longer-term product options, helping advisers offer greater choice to customers seeking payment certainty over a five-year fixed term.
Pepper’s buy-to-let proposition is built to help brokers support landlords whose circumstances may require a more considered approach than traditional high street lenders can offer, including customers with complex income profiles, smaller portfolios or cases that benefit from specialist underwriting expertise.
Paul Adams, director of sales at Pepper Money, said: “Landlords continue to navigate a complex market, and brokers need lenders that can provide competitive options, practical criteria and certainty for their customers. The launch of our new five-year buy-to-let range with a 2% product fee gives advisers more choice when supporting landlords who are looking for longer-term stability.
“This is another step in strengthening our buy-to-let proposition and supporting advisers with a broader range of solutions for customers who may not fit a standard lending approach.”
