Pepper Money has promoted Atlyn Forde to the role of head of inclusion and engagement.
Atlyn joined Pepper Money in 2018 as senior data insights manager. Whilst working at the specialist lender, she took on the additional position of Pepper Money UK & Pepper Group DE&I committee chair. In this position, she has won industry awards, including Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: Best Leadership category at the Women's Recognition Awards, for her commitment to encouraging progress in this area.
In her new role, Atlyn will continue to be a driving force in retaining Pepper Money’s focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She will also take the lead on increasing colleague engagement and collaboration, supporting ESG initiatives and reinforcing Pepper Money’s focus on meeting the needs of customers, ensuring that they’re at the core of planning and decision making.
Laurence Morey, CEO at Pepper Money, said: “I would like to congratulate Atlyn on her new role. Her passion and skill in this space have already made a significant impact at both Pepper Money UK and Pepper Global. As head of engagement and inclusion, she will play a crucial role in driving colleague engagement in our culture and values, collaborating with committees, and leading initiatives to strengthen our commitment to inclusion.”
Atlyn Forde commented: “I’m really excited to take on this new role as head of inclusion and engagement. One of Pepper Money’s primary objectives is to deliver positive societal outcomes. This goes beyond providing opportunities to customers who may otherwise be excluded from the mortgage market and extends to identifying new ways that we can help promote a fairer society in everything we do. The creation of this role is a clear demonstration of Pepper Money’s commitment to progression, and I’m looking forward to making a positive impact within it.”
