Octane Capital expands sales team
Octane Capital has developed its internal sales and specialist buy-to-let BDM teams.
"Retaining these industry leaders as well as attracting other suitable, like minded individuals, has always been of the utmost importance at Octane Capital"
Dylan Myburgh joins Octane Capital from Propfin, assuming the role of internal BDM.
The firm has also made a number internal promotions including Alex Tyrwhitt to the position of director of structured finance, Francesca Woodhouse as a senior BDM, and Mike Allen as an internal BDM.
The appointments follow the arrival of a new head of key accounts and internal sales last month.
Managing director of Octane Capital, Mark Posniak, commented: “We’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved in just five short years but we are also very well aware that this has, and always will be, the result of a monumental team effort from some outstanding people.
"Retaining these industry leaders as well as attracting other suitable, like minded individuals, has always been of the utmost importance at Octane Capital and cultivating a competitive, all inclusive working environment continues to give us the edge in what is a very fast moving, competitive industry.”
Dylan Myburgh added: “It was clear to me that Octane Capital is poised to further build on what is already an outstanding business and I’m relishing the opportunity to be a part of this next chapter.
"There’s no individual cogs at Octane Capital and this all encompassing team mentality really sets them apart from the rest, both where top line performance is concerned, as well as the great team culture it nurtures.”
