New partnerships take Criteria Brain lenders to 88
The number of lenders live on Criteria Brain, the criteria-based sourcing solution from Mortgage Brain, now totals 88.

A host of new lenders have joined Criteria Brain over the last couple of months, including Shawbrook Bank, CHL Mortgages and Generation Home.
The 88 lenders that are live on the platform accountfor more than 95% of the UK intermediary first charge residential mortgage market.
Neil Wyatt, sales and marketing director at Mortgage Brain, said: “One of the big challenges faced by mortgage brokers over the last couple of years has been the speed at which lenders adapt their criteria.
