NatWest cuts purchase and remortgage rates by up to 0.20%
Remortgage rates have seen the largest reductions.
NatWest has announced rate reductions of up to 0.20% across its new business, existing customer and additional borrowing product ranges.
In its purchase range, two-year fixed rates are down by up to 5bps, with 75% LTV rates now starting from 3.79% with a £1,495 fee, 3.84% with a £995 fee,
80% LTV two-year fixes now start from 3.88% with a £1,495 fee and 3.93% with a £995 fee. In addition, a 95% LTV rate is down to 4.80% with no fee.
Five-year fixed rates have also reduced by up to 5bps, with 60% LTV rates now starting from 3.83% with a £1,495 fee, 3.88% with a £995 fee, and 4.00% fee-free.
At 75% LTV, five-year rates now start from 3.93%, with 80% LTV rates starting from 4.03%. 90% LTV rates have reduced to 4.29% with a £995 fee and 4.77% fee-free.
Remortgage two-year fixed rates have seen reductions of up to 0.20%. 60% LTV rates now start from 3.74% with a £1,495 fee, 3.79% with a £995 fee, and 4.10% with no fee.
75% LTV rates start from 3.87%, 80% LTV rates from 4.09%, and 85% LTV rates from 4.14%.
The largest reduction is to an 85% LTV two-year fix with no fee, down by 20bps to 4.54%. In addition, 90% LTV two-year fixes are down by 14bps to 4.54% with a £995 fee and 4.92% fee-free.
Five-year remortgage rates now start from 3.83% at 60% LTV with a £1,495 fee, 75% rates have reduced to 4.09%, 80% LTV rates are down to 4.09%, and 85% LTV rates now start from 4.29%.
NatWest has also reduced additional borrowing rates by up to 15bps. Two-year fixed further advances now start from 4.10% at 60% LTV with no fee. 80% LTV rates have decreased to 4.14% with a £995 fee and 4.42% fee-free.
85% LTV two-year fixes now start from 4.19% with a £995 fee and 4.54% fee-free, with 90% LTV rates down to 4.54% with a £995 fee and 4.92% fee-free.
Five-year further advance rates have seen smaller reductions of up to 4bps.
