NatWest cuts purchase and remortgage rates by up to 0.15%
The bank has introduced more sub-4% fixed rates.
NatWest has announced rate reductions of up to 0.15% across its new business, existing customer and additional borrowing product ranges.
In its residential purchase range, two-year fixed rates at 60% LTV have reduced by 6bps, starting from 3.57% with a £1,495 product fee and 3.62% with a £995 fee.
A two-year fix at 90% LTV with a £995 fee is down by 6bps to 4.14% and a fee-free 95% LTV five-year fix is reducing by 8bps to 4.66%.
In NatWest's five-year purchase range, 60% LTV rates now start from 3.74% with a £1,495 fee, 3.79% with a £995 fee, and 3.89% fee-free.
80% LTV rates have reduced by up to 14bps, now starting from 3.93% with a £1,495 fee, 3.98% with a £995 fee, and 4.06% fee-free.
90% LTV five-year fixed rate products have seen cuts of 5bps, available at 4.15% with a £995 fee and 4.28% fee-free. A fee-free 95% LTV rate is also down by 5bps to 4.67%.
For remortgage, two-year fixed rates now start from 3.64% at 60% LTV. The largest cut of 15bps is to a fee-free two-year fix at 75% LTV, down to 4.09%. 75% LTV rates are also available from 3.81% with a £1,495 fee or 3.86% with a £995 fee.
80%, 85% and 90% LTV remortgage rates have seen smaller reductions of up to 3bps and five-year remortgage rates have seen cuts of 4-6bps.
Selected first-time buyer rates have also reduced by up to 0.06%, with green purchase and remortgage rates seeing reductions of up to 0.05%.
