UTB expands mortgages and bridging leadership team
United Trust Bank has promoted Mike Walters to head of sales for its mortgages and bridging division following the recent appointment of Martin Sims as national distribution manager.
"UTB continues to develop its mortgages and bridging offering both in terms of products and distribution."
Martin has 20 years of experience in the mortgage industy with previous roles at HL Partnership and Castle Trust.
Martin will be working within Mike’s team and closely with the commercial directors for the mortgages and bridging sections: Buster Tolfree and Gavin Diamond.
