Building on SPF's existing lender relationships and working closely with a number of developers, the aim of SPF New Homes is to provide the client with a bespoke service and access to a range of funding options. The team will also be able to assist those looking to purchase through the government new-build schemes such as Help to Buy.
The team will have UK coverage and will be led by Russell Hall, Head of New Homes, alongside Matt Wilde, Sales Director.
Matt Wilde said:
"Purchasing a new-build property is often problematic from a mortgage perspective. This is particularly relevant when buying off-plan or when completion is a number of months off. Our aim is to ensure a stress-free transaction from start to completion, fitting in with the developer's timescales."
