Enness Private Clients unveil referral relationship with Benham & Reeves
Enness Private Clients, the large mortgage and high net-worth specialist, has today announced the signing of an introducer referral agreement with independent London estate agency,
The partnership will see Benham & Reeves introduce all mortgage and finance enquiries it receives from customers to Enness, the Central London-based advisory practice.
Benham & Reeves has offices in four prime North West London real estate areas - Hampstead, Highgate, Dartmouth Park and West Hampstead - which ties in with Enness Private Clients’ high net-worth demographic.
The new relationship begins immediately and follows the recent launch of Enness’ special referral service for those brokers, advisers and wealth managers who are looking for a high net-worth specialist to partner with
James Morton, Director of Benham & Reeves, commented:
“This strategic partnership allows us to cater for all of our customers’ needs, from finding their dream home to sourcing the finance to help them realise this aspiration. Given the average value of properties in the areas we cover, it made sense to team up with a brokerage such as Enness that specialises in high net-worth mortgages and we are confident that the arrangement will be beneficial to both parties.
"Despite what is often considered a fairly flat market, we continue to achieve strong volumes and expect that to remain constant throughout 2012.”
Hugh Wade-Jones, Director of Enness Private Clients, said:
“Living in Hampstead myself, I have long been aware of Benham & Reeves’ excellent reputation in the local area. This relationship will allow Enness access to high net-worth individuals across the North London region and means that customers can enjoy the same high level of service and expertise when finding their home alongside arranging the finance to pay for it.
"We expect a significant amount of volume business from this new agreement and look forward to a long and successful relationship servicing the needs of Benham & Reeves’ clients.”
