Mortgage Brain announces more than 50 updates to CRM Brain
Mortgage Brain has rolled out its largest CRM Brain update to date.
Mortgage Brain has announced the release of a significant update to CRM Brain.
The latest release introduces a suite of new features and enhancements, alongside over 50 updates to improve performance and user experience.
Highlights include new equity release and bridging finance journeys, expanding the cases that advisers can manage, while enhanced buy-to-let portfolio management further streamlines workflows.
New CRM Brain alerts are configurable so users can prioritise announcements and keep on top of workloads and Sourcing Brain has been updated with a new re-sourcing feature enabling brokers to re-source an existing mortgage scenario without having to re-key information.
In addition, the latest release includes more comprehensive case history, providing a complete audit trail of activity to improve visibility and compliance.
This release has been shaped directly by feedback from existing users and comes with an instructional video created to showcase all new features as well as new how-to guides in the Mortgage Brain Hub help centre.
Cloë Atkinson, chief operating officer at Mortgage Brain, commented: “As we continue to migrate users onto CRM Brain, our priority is simple - deliver technology that makes a real difference to advisers. This release is built on continuous improvement, a clear roadmap, and close collaboration with our customers to ensure every enhancement is shaped by user feedback.”
