ModaMortgages partners with Mortgage Intelligence
Mortgage Intelligence’s ARs will now be able to access the lender’s range of buy-to-let mortgage products.
ModaMortgages has announced a new partnership with mortgage and insurance network, Mortgage Intelligence.
The partnership means Mortgage Intelligence’s network of nearly 500 appointed representatives will now be able to access the lender’s range of buy-to-let mortgage products.
ModaMortgages launched earlier this year with a range available to a variety of landlord types, including individuals, limited companies, those with small or large portfolios, first-time buyers and first-time landlords. The lender offers free valuations on all products, including HMOs and MUFBs.
Roger Morris, group distribution director for ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries, said: “We’re thrilled to seal this partnership with Mortgage Intelligence.
“We can’t wait to start working with them and demonstrate to their appointed representatives why we’re the home of smarter, faster, simpler buy-to-let borrowing.”
Graham Wood, head of products and partnerships at Mortgage Intelligence, added: “We’re delighted to welcome ModaMortgages to our network. Their welcome arrival this year was a breath of fresh air into a market looking for a new way to place buy-to-let cases.
“This partnership marks an exciting step forward, and we look forward to the value it will bring to our appointed representatives and their clients.”
