LSL appoints director of transformation and change
Jane joins from Sesame Bankhall Group where she was director of programme management.

Jane Thirlwell has been appointed as director of transformation and change for LSL’s Financial Services division.
Jane joins from Sesame Bankhall Group where, for the last two years, she was director of programme management, delivering business solutions to support wealth, mortgage and insurance advisers across the appointed representative network, directly authorised offering, and mortgage club. She previously also worked in various senior change implementation roles at Aviva.
Richard Howells, LSL’s Group Managing Director for Financial Services, said: “I am delighted that Jane has joined us. Having worked with her before, I know she will bring a unique capability to assist us with our transformation plans as we invest in our business for the benefit of our brokers, colleagues and customers.
