LMS partners with ProConveyancing to guarantee completion dates
LMS has partnered with residential conveyancing firm, ProConveyancing, to launch a new guarantee that all remortgages directed to ProConveyancing through LMS SELECT will be completed within 10 days of all documents being returned.
"Brokers and lenders are trying to navigate new and efficient ways in which they can support their clients to find the best options for them"
Since 2020, ProConveyancing has been working with leading estate agents, brokers, lenders, auction houses and other property professionals and organisations to provide their clients with efficient and simple conveyancing.
The news follows the announcement that the first ever fully automated remortgage has been completed by LMS, and the incentive offers customers money back if the preferred completion date is not met.
Travis Scholes, commercial director at LMS said: “ProConveyancing has been a hand-picked partner of SELECT for many years, and we know our vision aligns with theirs when it comes to driving customer centricity in the remortgage market. We know our technology and their legal expertise really delivers results for lenders, brokers and their customers and partnering with them to offer this incentive is a testament to that.
"Amidst the cost-of-living crisis and capacity issues putting pressure on them, brokers and lenders are trying to navigate new and efficient ways in which they can support their clients to find the best options for them, and we’re confident this partnership will provide that.”
