The Furness signs new deal with Gateway Surveyors
The Furness Building Society has reappointed Gateway as its panel manager and primary valuation supplier.
The Furness is the UK’s 15th largest building society with group assets of some £837 million whilst Gateway is one of the UK’s leading providers of valuation and risk management solutions to lenders, asset managers and third party property professionals.
Phil Lake, mortgage controller at the Furness said:
“The Society has developed an excellent working relationship with Gateway who have delivered a reliable and innovative range of risk management and valuation support services. We have been impressed with Gateway’s hard work and commitment. They have delivered a first class service and we are delighted to have retained them as the Society’s panel manager.”
Mel Kettle, director client services at Gateway said:

We work very closely with the Furness to ensure that the Society and its customers receive a high quality and dependable service and we are delighted that we have been reappointed to this important role. 2013 has seen a strong continuation of business momentum with this new contract following on from other recent wins including a five year contract with The Nottingham Building Society.”
