Just Mortgages appoints new build sales director
Just Mortgages has created a third divisional sales director role for its new build division.

Helen Whitehead has been promoted to the new role looking after the Midlands region having been with the firm for six years as a mortgage adviser.
She will lead and build a team of mortgage advisers while supporting their development and managing an ongoing recruitment programme.
Helen will also be instrumental in growing relationships with existing introducers and housing developers as well as establishing new partnerships.
Helen Whitehead commented: “I am really looking forward to expanding my team of advisers and helping more people to buy their dream homes.
Equally important is building on existing and new relationships with introducers and developers. With housing demand exceeding supply, I except it is going to be an interesting and eventful year.”
John Doughty, financial services director at Just Mortgages, said: “Helen’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and I know she will build the Midlands team to a high, professional standard. The Midlands is a busy area for new build so Helen and her team will have plenty to do to help home buyers finance their new properties.
“We had a record year in 2021 helping more people move into a new home than ever before. The new build market is extremely popular and we will be taking on at least ten new advisers this year to cope with demand.”
