Glenhawk announces limited edition cuts to residential bridging rates

Short-term specialist lender, Glenhawk, has announced rate reductions across its residential bridging, residential development exit, and residential light refurbishment product range.
The limited-time offer applies to new applications received between 12th August and 30th August 2024, with completions required by 29th November.
As part of the initiative, 70% LTV rates have reduced from 0.87% to 0.79% and 75% LTV rates have reduced from 0.89% to 0.85%.
