Alan has held previous roles at RBS, Together, and Afin Bank.
Foundation Home Loans has announced the appointment of Alan Davison as its new chief commercial officer (CCO).
Alan moves from Afin Bank, where he also held the CCO role, and has over 25 years’ experience in financial services covering lending, sales and commercial strategy.
His previous roles included distribution director for personal finance at Together and head of conduct & customer experience at RBS.
Foundation Home Loans says Alan’s appointment will support its growth ambitions in its core specialist buy-to-let and residential lending sectors.
Pete Ball, CEO at Foundation Home Loans, commented: “Everyone at Foundation Home Loans is very pleased to be welcoming Alan to the business. He has a wealth of experience, energy and strategic clarity to bring to the role. His deep understanding of the specialist lending market and strong track record in building commercial growth will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our proposition and deliver even greater support for our intermediary partners.”
Alan Davison said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Foundation Home Loans at such an exciting time for the business, and seeking to build on what already makes it a highly successful lender - a strong culture, clear focus, and deep commitment to our people and the relationships they hold. Foundation Home Loans has an excellent reputation and I’m looking forward to helping drive its next phase of growth across both specialist buy to let and residential lending.”
