United Trust Bank appoints Sarah Laessig as NED

United Trust Bank has appointed Sarah Laessig as a non-executive director.

Sarah holds a number of board positions and previously spent 17 years at Citigroup, most recently as managing director.

Since leaving Citigroup in 2012, Sarah has served as a NED on the board of Local Pensions Partnership, Hong Kong based fintech Valoot Technologies, and as a director of Citigroup Pension Trustees. She is also a Commissioner on the Civil Service Commission, an independent regulator that oversees appointments to the Civil Service.
