TSB announce reduction across two and five-year fixed rate products
TSB has announced that it has reduced selected two-year and five-year fixed rates by up to 0.20% across its residential mortgage range.
According to the lender, the rate reductions affect two-year fixed, 85-95% LTV for house purchase borrowers – with rates reduced by 0.10%, five-year fixed, 60-95% LTV for house purchase borrowers – with rates also reduced by up to 0.10% and five-year fixed, 0-90% LTV for remortgage borrowers – with rates reduced by up to 0.20%.
Roland McCormack, TSB’s Mortgage Distribution Director, said: “We always want our customers to borrow well and these rate reductions are good news for people who are buying their own home, or want to get a better mortgage deal with TSB.”
