TrackerHub to launch new B2B referral offering
Referral tracking platform, TrackerHub, is launching a new business-to-business offering which allows advisers to send referrals to other firms who offer a wider range of services.
"It will now be easier than ever to send B2B leads whilst also keeping records for compliance purposes."
The system will allow cases to be tracked by both parties from within TrackerHub's newly launched B2B directory and dashboard.
TrackerHub launched earlier this year and helps brokers and introducers track and manage the commission received through referrals.
The platform features a dashboard of real time data for advisers and introducers, allowing both parties to monitor exactly how cases are progressing, from initial referral to completion, and the commission received.
Adviser firms can also use the system for invoicing and introducer analytics and the platform enables tracking of products for both brokers and IFAs.
TrackerHub has also revealed plans to launch a customer portal which will allow fact finding and B2C communication.
Last month, the platform announced that Tenet had become its first network partnership.
Graham Wilson, director of TrackerHub, commented: "I am actively advising whilst designing a system that we as brokers can utilise alongside existing propositions.
"I feel that TrackerHub is such a unique system and opportunity for companies who are involved with introduced business.
"The platform is effectively a visually striking sales tool and combined with our newly featured B2B platform. It will now be easier than ever to send B2B leads whilst also keeping records for compliance purposes.
"Lastly, our newly priced proposition is now live and it would be an ideal opportunity for more networks to enhance the adviser toolbox. I would like to thank each and everyone who has taken the time to look at the system in my travels up and down the UK - it has been insightful and I look forward to meeting more of you with suggestions and solutions to your referral business model."
