TrackerHub launches B2B referral offering
Referral tracking platform, TrackerHub, is launching a new business-to-business offering which allows advisers to send referrals to other firms including IFAs, mortgage brokers, protection advisers, wills and trust specialists, conveyancers and more.
"TrackerHub B2B will make it easy to track your referrals which need to be outsourced to other firms."
The system will allow cases to be tracked by both parties from within TrackerHub's dashboard.
TrackerHub says the new B2B feature is nearing its BETA release date and is asking businesses to get involved free of charge of the next three months during a testing phase.
TrackerHub launched earlier this year and helps brokers and introducers track and manage the commission received through referrals.
The platform features a dashboard of real time data for advisers and introducers, allowing both parties to monitor exactly how cases are progressing, from initial referral to completion, and the commission received.
Graham Wilson, director of TrackerHub, commented: "TrackerHub B2B will make it easy to track your referrals which need to be outsourced to other firms. For instance, if you are a mortgage broker who needs to send an investment referral to an IFA you can do this within the new B2B dashboard which will then enable you to monitor the referral from start to finish along with remuneration.
"This is all processed within the system end-to-end from initial referral to payment, which is great for compliance purposes and referral management between businesses."
