Andy has worked for TBMC for the past 10 years, having previously worked for Sesame and Allied Dunbar (now Openwork).

Andy will be replaced by Jane Simpson, who is to be appointed as Managing Director from 1 December. Jane is currently Head of Sales and Operations at TBMC, where she has worked for the past 10 years.

Andy said:

"After having worked 40 years in the financial services market I feel the time is right to ‘hang up my work pen’ and retire. I have worked at three great businesses throughout my career, had some great fun and made many friends along the way. It is also very reassuring that I am passing over the running of the business to Jane Simpson, whom I know will take TBMC from strength to strength."
