Brokers will receive online agreements in principle which checks lenders’ criteria as information is input, giving quick decisions.
Prepopulated applications can then be sent straight into the system meaning that client information will only need to be entered once.
Ian Balfour, CEO at SMS, said:
“We have worked very hard to bring what we believe will be the ultimate online service to brokers who want to submit enquiries, receive an AIP with all the requirements laid out and then submit an application straight into our system. The genius of it is that it only requires information to be entered once. Brokers then have full access to 24/7 case tracking as well as the valuable facility to upload documentation as it comes available.”
