Lisa will join LSL’s financial services business in the role of Development Director to support expansion plans for its AR and DA businesses: Pink, First Complete and TMA Mortgage Club.
Sesame Bankhall Group announced earlier this month that Cupis would leave the firm, where he had been Managing Director of Mortgages for eight years. He has since joined Openwork as Mortgage Director.
Lisa Martin was previously Director of Operations & Sales and has 27 years’ experience in the mortgage arm of the business. She was also responsible for leading the PMS team which built the PMS Mortgage Club.
Stephen Gazard takes on a wider remit in the new structure with responsibility for leading SBG’s support for advisers across wealth and mortgages.
Stephen Gazard, managing director at Sesame, said:
“After 20 years with the business, Lisa has decided to leave the group later this year. As part of the wider management team, Lisa has been instrumental in building the enviable reputation that the PMS Mortgage Club has forged over many years. On behalf of the SBG executive team, I would like to express our gratitude for her unstinting contribution to the group and we wish her all the very best for the future.
“We are very fortunate to have an experienced and talented team who are renowned for the valuable and professional service delivered to mortgage advisers. The team have built PMS into the market-leading business it is today and this is something we will continue to take forward.”
Jon Round, LSL’s Group Financial Services Director, said:
"I am absolutely delighted to bring in someone of Lisa's calibre to join what is already a really strong executive team.
"This new role has been created to support the significant expansion plans for our AR and DA businesses, and I'm sure that Lisa will make a major contribution to our continued successful growth."
