Scottish Widows appoints Distribution Director
Scottish Widows is to appoint Jackie Leiper to the role of Distribution Director in January 2018, subject to regulatory referencing.

In this role, Leiper will be responsible for continuing to build business relationships with financial advisers, employee benefits consultants and corporate clients, leading a team of more than 350.
Leiper, who is currently Protection Director, previously worked in the Distribution team as Director of Corporate Pensions Relationships, where she led the distribution strategy for corporate advisers, EBCs and employers. Leiper also led the team to support more than 4,000 employers through automatic enrolment.
Scott Cadger, Head of Underwriting and Claims Strategy, will take on interim responsibility for leading the Protection business. Ronnie Taylor, who currently holds the Distribution Director position, is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
