Sanlam UK acquires £60m advice firm
Sanlam UK has acquired Grennan Advisers Ltd, a financial planning business based in East Yorkshire which has £60m of assets under management.
Grennan Advisers Ltd was launched in 2013 by Stuart Grennan and Helen Chapman, and specialises in providing holistic financial planning services for high net worth individuals and business executives.
The deal will see Sanlam UK acquire Grennan’s book of clients and £60 million of assets under management.
