Positive Commercial Finance appoints BDM
Positive Commercial Finance has appointed Samantha Williamson as Business Development Manager, following a sustained period of growth for the brokerage.

Previously with Barclays & Santander, Sam has a proven track record in the business banking sector in relationship and portfolio management, in a wide range of sectors including real estate, hospitality & leisure, healthcare and education.

She has a wealth of property related financial experience having worked for lenders and brokerages previously, and possesses all the necessary attributes to fully assess a proposal & ultimately help applicants achieve their goal. She is well connected and respected, and brings with her a positive outlook.
“Applications for short-term property finance continue to flourish, particularly property development finance and bridging finance, which are our areas of expertise. Development finance applications are up a massive 42% on the same period last year, with bridging finance applications up 29%. We have seen an influx of business from our panel of introducers, both old & new, which includes IFA’s, accountants, solicitors, architects & other commercial finance brokers”.
Sam, who starts her roll on Monday 8th June, said:
