Pepper appoints Warren Justice as CFO
Pepper UK Limited, the mortgage servicer formerly known as Oakwood Global Finance, has appointed Warren Justice to the role of chief financial officer.
Justice brings long industry experience to Pepper’s leadership team, having served as CFO at Lapithus Servicing LLP for the last three years, and as director of finance at Principality Building Society for three years prior to that. He has also held senior roles at Nikko and Leybourne Brown Maclean.
Justice’s appointment completes the final step in Laurence Morey’s transition out of the CFO role into his new role as co-global head of principal investments for the Pepper Group. Morey will continue in his role as a director of Pepper UK Limited.
Justice commented: “This is an exciting time to be joining Pepper, and a tremendous opportunity for me to get involved with a uniquely dynamic and ambitious organisation in one of the most rapid periods of growth.”
Richard Klemmer, Pepper UK CEO, added:
“We are proud to welcome Warren to our team. His track record speaks for itself, and we are sure we will benefit from his long experience across such a diverse range of financial services companies.”
This announcement closely follows the announcement of the appointment of Gerry McHugh to the leadership team – an internal appointment that saw McHugh promoted to the role of chief operating officer.
