Dionne Stocking said:
“Having a dedicated Creditor Liaison person for the Pentagon Group enables us to focus more on the creditor relationship side, which will give our clients the reassurance that their financial difficulty issues are being managed efficiently and professionally. It also gives ‘relationship managers’ in creditor organisations a single point of contact.”
In her widened role, Dionne will continue to work closely with Pentagon’s in-house dedicated Creditor Team to further enhance and develop relationships with the creditor and debt collecting industry.
Dionne Stocking continues:
“The Creditor Team brings renewed focus to our ability to communicate and work effectively with creditors,” “It means creditors can contact us with confidence that they will be speaking to a team that’s fully focused on handling their queries and can deal with these quickly and efficiently.”
Dionne will be continuing in her role as Honorary Secretary of the South East Discussion Forum (SEDF) - one of the regional forums borne out of and supported by the Money Advice Liaison Group. The Forum plays a key role in enhancing relationships and understanding between creditors, their ancillary services and advisers.
Dionne adds:
“The forum promotes a level of understanding and professionalism between individuals and organisations involved in consumer credit, debt collection and money advice.
"It provides a valuable sounding board for the resolution of any difficulties that may arise. It is notable that not only are Pentagon firm supporters of the Money Advice Liaison Group but also of my role as Honorary Secretary of the SEDF.”
