Paul Stringer, Director, said:
“The first quarter of 2015 has seen our conversion rates and completion levels climb to their highest since the credit crunch. This has been achieved in what is normally a quieter quarter for completions due to the reduction in applications over Christmas. Our broker team now have the most extensive range of products and lenders ever. Ultimately, there has never been a better time to offer secured loans to customers.”
Lisa Muscroft, Head of Loans Broking, added:
“Norton Broker Services has had a record-breaking quarter. The team are consistently exceeding expectations and have had their highest completion results in six years. We feel we have a knowledgeable team, who are working hard to push the business forward. We are always looking for ways to improve our strategy and continuing our current upward trends.”
