Norton conquers the Three Peaks for charity
A team from The Norton Finance Group recently completed the Three Peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, raising money for local charity, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice
A mix of some of the toughest secured loan and mortgage underwriters, debt solutions advisors, IT staff and company directors ran, walked, climbed, stumbled, fell, and crawled through the 24.5 mile challenge to raise over £5000 for Bluebell Wood.
Paul Stringer, director and one of the more experienced walkers, said:
“Due to a combination of distance and terrain it was always going to be a tough walk but the weather made finishing the course even more of an achievement.
I would also like to thank all of our kind sponsors who contributed to the biggest achievement of all in helping us raise such a large amount.”
