Eddie Lau joined the broker team from Norton Finance and Mortgages. He has worked for the company for 6 years, originally starting in our debt solutions department, before moving to the mortgage department as an adviser.
Following on from Eddie at the end of December, the broker team also appointed David Binney, who came to Norton from a sales background in medical insurance.
Director Paul Stringer commented:
“Over the last 12 months we have seen an increased volume of applications from our introducers. With our current broker team reaching higher and higher targets, we felt we were in a position to expand in order to manage this increase. Appointing two new Broker Account Managers will help maintain the high level of service we have always provided, as well as reinforcing our commitment to the broker market. More and more brokers are seeing that secured loans are often the better option for their client, and with consumer borrowing in general seeing the sharpest increase since the credit crunch, we are hopefully looking at another prosperous year in 2016 for the broker department.”
