Nigel Payne steps down as MD of TFC
TFC Homeloans has confirmed that its managing director, Nigel Payne, has left the company.
"He leaves TFC with our best wishes, as we write the next chapter of our 26-year history."
Payne joined TFC in April 2015 and has held previous roles as managing director of The Mortgage Business and BM Solutions.
He recently oversaw TFC's merger deal with specialist distributor Solent Mortgage Services.
Wayne Smethurst, founding director of TFC Homeloans, said: “I would like to thank Nigel for helping us to navigate the significant regulatory challenges of the last few years, and for driving our move into the centre of Manchester, where we have built a fantastic team of dedicated mortgage specialists.
“He leaves TFC with our best wishes, as we write the next chapter of our 26-year history. Following our recent merger with Solent Mortgage Services we continue to forge a strong, broker-focused packaging business and will make further announcements as and when we have them.”
