Nigel Payne joins TFC Homeloans as MD

Payne brings over 25 years’ mortgage market experience to the Warrington-based business. He has previously been managing director of The Mortgage Business and BM Solutions.

In his new role Payne will work alongside Wayne Smethurst and Andrew Brown, the founders of TFC Homeloans.

Smethurst said:

“Nigel’s breadth of experience is unique and perfectly suited to TFC. He’s managed intermediary lenders and an insurance company, as well as launching a conveyancer into the broker market. He knows the lending and broker sectors inside out.”
