Newcastle BS appoints customer director
Newcastle Building Society has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Stuart Miller as its new customer director.
"We are continuing to invest in our Society's infrastructure and services to ensure we're providing everything that our customers expect of a modern financial institution. "
Stuart has more than three decades' customer service experience with previous roles at Virgin Money, RBS International and NatWest.
He will now lead a 370-strong team of colleagues providing a range of services including savings, mortgages and financial advice.
