New financial services recruitment firm enters market
Financial services recruitment firm Rayner Financial has launched to market, specialising in mortgage advisers, mortgage consultants, telephone-based advisers, and BDMs.

Rayner Financial offers bronze, silver and gold solutions for all business types, from new companies to multi-national corporations.
The firm also provides contingency and retained consultancy as well as its R360 recruitment technology service, which allows clients to pay a monthly subscription.
Combined, its Board has over 30 years recruitment and 70 years financial services experience.
Joshua Rayner is the firm's CEO, beginning his career in estate agency before setting up two property headhunting agencies.
Additionally, Lee Jervis and Greg Woodhams both take on directorship roles at Rayner.
Lee is an former city banker who transitioned into recruitment with a focus on financial services, primarily with major international banks.
Greg has spent 32 years in financial services in a number of fields from advice and recommendation to running national salesforces.
