NatWest Intermediary appoints eight BDMs
NatWest Intermediary Solutions has appointed eight new BDMs - six new phone-based and two field-based.
"I am delighted that we have been able to welcome such a large number of new BDMs who bring with them great relationship skills, a huge amount of energy and a desire to provide world class service."
The two new field-based BDMs are Stuart Brady who will be covering the South West and Rachael Fleet who will be working with a panel of brokers in Chester, Wrexham, Warrington, Crewe and Shrewsbury.
Stuart worked for the last 8 years for NatWest in Mortgages, while Rachael spent the last 8 years as a personal mortgage adviser in NatWest’s branch network.
The six new phone-based BDMs will manage brokers in Kent, Leeds, Sheffield and Teesside, East Anglia, north London, Hertfordshire and Essex.
Shane Woods has also been appointed as the new Team Leader of LiveTALK - NatWest's dedicated broker instant messaging service. Shane has worked in mortgages for 9 years in The One Account’s Customer Broker Welcome team and most recently in NatWest’s broker telephony contact team.
Mark Bullard, Head of Sales at NatWest Intermediary Solutions, said: “We know from conversations with mortgage brokers just how highly they value good BDMs which is why we are always keen to recruit the very best to join our team. I am delighted that we have been able to welcome such a large number of new BDMs who bring with them great relationship skills, a huge amount of energy and a desire to provide world class service. I am positive that they will quickly prove their worth to their broker panels as we continue our appetite to grow our intermediary lending.“
