Alex joins NatWest’s intermediary business from Swinton Insurance where he has spent the last seven years in a variety of sales and management roles in Personal Lines insurance.
NatWest has also bolstered its LiveTALK team with the appointments of Catherine Spittle, Bethany Dowe and Sophie Savvides. All three join with experience of having worked in NatWest’s broker mortgage processing teams so understand the needs and demands of their audience.
LiveTALK is NatWest’s broker instant messaging service for enquiries advisers have about mortgage applications before they submit them as well as queries to do with the web site. It is open from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays.
Paul Kane, Acting Head of Sales, NatWest Intermediary Solutions, said:
“I am delighted that we have been able to recruit some more high quality individuals to join our team. We know our BDMs are held in great esteem by the brokers they deal with and that LiveTALK is a very popular adviser service. To have grown both these teams is pleasing and will provide brokers with an even better experience.”
