Phillipa Healey has 23 years’ financial services experience, most recently with Halifax in a number of advisory positions after managing a regional team of M&S Bank.
Lorraine Howard joins the intermediary business from NatWest’s retail arm where she was a mortgage adviser at a branch.
Kerry Wright comes to NatWest from Norwich & Peterborough where she has been a mortgage adviser for the last two years at branches in North Norfolk after holding a number of customer-facing positions.
All three BDMs are CeMAP qualified.
Mark Bullard, Head of Sales, NatWest Intermediary Solutions said:
“I am really pleased to start, what is promising to be, a very busy 2015 with the appointments of more talented individuals to work with the nation’s mortgage brokers. Our BDMs have a long-held reputation for being dedicated to the cause, proactive and knowledgeable and it’s these qualities that Phillipa, Lorraine and Kerry possess. We know from the feedback we get from brokers just how much they value a good BDM. This further bolstering of our BDM support underlines our commitment to the intermediary market; in fact we have increased the number of BDMs we employ by 30% in the last 12 months.”
