Mortgage Brain appoints Lender Development Manager
Mortgage Brain has appointed Karen Faulkner as its new Lender Development Manager.
"Mortgage technology is a fast moving business and Karen's experience and enthusiasm will help to ensure we continue to be a progressive and forward thinking company."
Karen's role will include supporting new and existing lender relationships by developing technology partnerships within both the intermediary and retail sector.
Prior to joining Mortgage Brain, Karen spent nearly 13 years at Connells Group as Head of Mortgage Development, looking after lender relationships, lender panel and product proposition.
She had responsibility for three teams, as well as all mortgage service projects such as the introduction of the Mortgage Credit Directive.
Before that, Karen worked for the Skipton Group for over nine years, where she spent time in the Building Society Branch network and as a Regional Manager for Skipton Financial Services.
Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Karen to the team. Mortgage technology is a fast moving business and Karen's experience and enthusiasm will help to ensure we continue to be a progressive and forward thinking company.”
Karen added: “I'm very excited to be joining Mortgage Brain. Its record of achievement in the delivery of pioneering mortgage technology over the years speaks for itself. What impresses me most, however, is that the company still has the drive and hunger to innovate and stay at the leading edge of the industry.”
