"We’re thrilled to be featured in the 2017 Parliamentary Review which is a great accolade for everyone working at Midlands Asset Finance."

Established by former minister David Curry shortly after the 2010 General Election, the Parliamentary Review covers a range of key sectors from a policy standpoint, aiming to showcase exceptional practice as a learning tool to both public and private sectors.

Director Sue Chapman, who set up the Midlands Asset Finance in 2009, was invited to submit a report to the publication about best practice, culture and the challenges the business has faced over the past 12 months and how it has overcome them.

In the recently published review, Sue talks about how the firm has grown to 21 staff and how its new online digital platform has made accessing asset finance even more flexible by delivering a Decision in Principle in 60 seconds.

She also talks about the importance of access to finance for small firms and how it can unlock investment, new jobs and economic growth.

Sue said: “We’re thrilled to be featured in the 2017 Parliamentary Review which is a great accolade for everyone working at Midlands Asset Finance.

“Many asset finance providers have moved their smaller retail and commercial customers to a call centre but without question, many customers want the option of dealing face to face with a personal relationship manager. Working with someone who is prepared to invest time in understanding their business.

“We’re giving customers two routes to market – face-to-face and online giving our customers the opportunity of accessing finance in the manner which suits them best.”
