The site can be accessed via Metro Bank’s main website, and all product information and lending criteria can be viewed in clear and simple language, allowing brokers to give their clients informed advice.
The website is the latest development in Metro Bank’s expansion plan, following the appointment of three new field based BDMs earlier this month.
Charles Morley, head of mortgage distribution at Metro Bank, said:
“As the business continues to grow, it’s important that our services grow with it and respond quickly to that demand. The new website aims to make it as easy as possible for intermediaries to work with us, and therefore provide the best possible service to our customers. Our business is built on customer service and this should be evident in every interaction with us.”
