Legal & General joins Pepper Homeloans
Pepper Homeloans has today announced the addition of Legal & General Mortgage Club to its network of distributors in the UK.

Legal & General Mortgage Club will offer the full range of Pepper’s specialist products including residential rates from 1.99% and buy-to-let rates from 2.49%, via its Key Partnership firms, with a plan to expand distribution to the full Mortgage Club shortly.
Products are available up to 85% LTV residential and up to 80% LTV buy-to-let. Pepper offers a 2 year discount tracker, 2 year and 5 year fixed rate products, and provides a tailored approach so each application is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
