Leeds BS reveals new non-executive directors
Leeds Building Society has appointed Iain Cornish and Annette Barnes as its new non-executive directors.

Iain has more than 30 years’ experience within the financial services industry with previous roles as chief executive of Yorkshire Building Society, chairman of St James’s Place and senior independent director of Arrow Global.
He has also served as a Treasury Select Committee special advisor, an independent reviewer for the PRA, as well as holding positions with the FSA and the Building Societies Association.
Annette also has over 30 years’ experience working in financial services, most recently holding executive roles as CEO of Lloyds Bank Private Banking and managing director for wealth and mass affluent at Lloyds Banking Group.
Both Iain and Annette have joined the Board, alongside five executive directors and seven non-executive directors.
